*** $70 refundable core charge already included in price. *** The DC Integra/EG Civic spherical front lower control arm (LCA) conversion utilizes aerospace quality NMB (Minebea) bearings in all 4 pivots. CNC turned 4140 HT steel sleeves are precision blueprinted to each bore and tig welded in place. The welded assemblies are then zinc plated. Bearings are painstakingly blueprinted/lightly interference fit to each bore for near perfect stiction and retaining compound augments the press fit. As always, shoulders are used on the ID and OD of each bearing sleeve for added safety factor and a c-clip provides additional redundancy in bearing retention. Bearing spacers are machined from 303 stainless steel.

Note that the front LCA spherical bearing conversion does NOT include the compliance bearing (front LCA rear pivot point) conversion. Our compliance bearings may be purchased separately and are highly recommended.

Rearward portion of the arm and compliance bushings are NOT included. Arms are checked for straightness but of course they are a used part and have some minor signs of use.
